Party Room Policies
Thank you for choosing Savannah’s Playhouse for your event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies:
Reservation Finalization:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- To secure your date and time, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued after the scheduled event time has passed.
No Refunds Policy:
- Once finalized, reservations are non-refundable for any reason.
- Please review all package details thoroughly before booking.
Event Coordination and Themes:
- A party coordinator will contact you directly once booking is received to discuss your customizable themes.
- All party rental decorations are available for purchase at an additional cost.
- Our team of decorators can customize any event theme.
- No outside decorators are allowed.
Food and Drink:
- Additional goodie bags and cakes of choice are permitted at your own cost.
- Outside food and drinks are allowed for additional service fee.
- Savannah’s Playhouse offers catering services
Liability:
- Savannah’s Playhouse is not responsible for any personal belongings, vehicles, or items.
- We are not responsible for supervising any child/adult during the use of play areas, outside areas, or room rentals.
- No child shall be left unattended at any time.
- Any damage or vandalism to play areas or party rentals is subject to additional fines, fees, civil suits, and exclusion from future reservations.
Safety Regulations:
- No smoking, alcohol, firearms, or weapons are allowed on the premises.
- Any person violating these rules will be asked to leave immediately.
- Non-cooperative parties may be removed by police or on-site security.
Advertising:
- We reserve the right to advertise all party rental events during the event time.
Waiver of Play:
- A waiver of play must be completed for each child attending.
