How Many Activities Do I Get During My Party?

You can select up to two activities per party rental package, and while you can provide your own child activities, we are not responsible for any props or services during your personal activity.

Can I Pay A Deposit To Reserve My Party or Event?

We require full payment to reserve your date for your party or event, as we do not accept deposits to hold any event. Payments must be paid in full to secure your next event

What Is Your Refund And Cancellation Policy ?

Once finalized, reservations are non-refundable for any reason.
Please review all package details thoroughly before booking.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued after the scheduled event time has passed.

Can I Have My Own DJ And Photographer?

DJs and photographers are welcome to enhance your personal event. We can provide speakers for music at suitable sound levels.
